As most of you know, I get a lot of questions about training and food. Most of them come back again and again. Answering everything in DMs takes time, and short posts don’t leave much room to explain things clearly.
That’s why this Hubb exists.
It’s a website where I put those answers in one place. Written out in full. Easy to find. Easy to read back later.
Some of the posts explain things I already talk about on Instagram, but with more detail and context. Other posts are new. Especially personal stories. Things I don’t really share on social media, but that matter to how I train and coach.
There’s no order you need to follow. You can read one post and leave it at that. You can come back later if something else comes up.
Nothing here is meant to impress. It’s just the way I explain things when there’s enough space to do it properly.
